About Us

Welcome to Rickmansworth Swimming Club. We are not just a club, but a close-knit family committed to nurturing our swimmers. Our location in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, provides a unique backdrop for our high aspirations and growing expertise. We are a small, newer club with a great heart and ever-growing.

Our Vision

To create well-rounded athletes who achieve their best in a stimulating, competitive, and nurturing environment. We will bring this vision to life through our commitment to aspiration, brilliance, and character.

Aspiration

We aspire to be one of the best clubs locally. We aspire to provide an inclusive, family-friendly, family-oriented club where all swimmers grow and develop. We endeavour to build a workforce that will support us in realising our vision.

Brilliance

We aim for our swimmers to learn, be ambitious, work hard, have fun, and achieve the very best that they can be. We will always ensure the national kitemarks (e.g., Swim mark) are recognised as a safe club and have a skilled and qualified workforce. We will endeavour to have pathways to promote lifelong participation in swimming and aquatics.

Character

We endeavour to provide an environment that welcomes diversity and values all individuals. We want to build our swimmers’ character with strength and resilience, and we are willing to learn to help them succeed
